Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reason. 

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds involving broken items must have the original packaging and label. Items that are self broken or do not have the original packaging are not eligible for a refund/return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you new order, as well as instructions on how and when you will be expected to receive it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund & Return Policy (EU/UK Customers)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To request a return, contact us at y2kcurated@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We do not provide return labels

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. This includes the item price and the cost of standard shipping (if paid). Expedited shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Our products are prepared and shipped after purchase. Due to international shipping costs, customers are responsible for return shipping.
