Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries including USA, CANADA, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND. If you country is not listed it still most likely is shipped these are just our typical markets.

How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery:
• U.S. 7–14 business days
• International 7–12 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotions.

Will I get tracking?
Yes, a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

My tracking isn’t updating — why?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us ASAP after ordering. Changes aren’t possible once shipped. All Orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Changing the variant is the only possible exceptions we make as stock has been carefully accounted for.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us personally through email or the website form and we will be happy to help!
